JANETZKY is born in Belgium, in Tirlemont on the 11th May 1938. He studied in the 'Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture et des Arts Décoratifs de la Cambre' in Brussels. He graduated in 1963. As practical training, he worked with Architect GIO PONTI (Milan, 1963-1964) on the 'Islamabad Buildings' and with Architect BUSTRI VICI (Rome, 1964) on various hotels and clubs on the Costa Esmeralda.
